羅揚(2001- )

臺灣青年作曲家,以多元創作風格與跨界融合為特色,作品涵蓋流行、古典、西樂、國樂及現代音樂,並常以文學、神學、史學與人文議題為靈感,展開深刻的音樂探索。

他的作品曾與多位國內外知名指揮與樂團合作,包括指揮大師呂紹嘉、Jun Märkl,以及NSO國家交響樂團、北藝大混聲合唱團、北藝大管弦樂團、八角塔男聲合唱團與CY String Quartet等。

近期重要作品包括:2024年由NSO國家交響樂團首演的《新科技序曲-幻想編碼》與《喀爾巴阡山貓》;2023年參與新北城市藝術節「新生地」聲光秀,創作跨界作品《穿越蘆葦》;2022年為八角塔合唱團改編《島嶼天光》與《千の風になって》;以及2021年北藝大混聲合唱團首演的《你不覺得她很適合看貓嗎》。

羅揚的創作屢獲肯定,包括2023年與2024年樂季兩度入圍NSO樂無界計畫「一分鐘交響曲作曲」、竹塹國際青年作曲大賽決賽入圍,以及全國學生音樂比賽作曲組特優第三。他的作品也曾入選北藝大、師大與東吳校際交流音樂會的作品徵選。

他現為國立臺北藝術大學音樂學系碩士理論與作曲組學生,師事陳立立教授。大學部同樣畢業於國立臺北藝術大學音樂學系理論與作曲組,師事顏名秀教授。

此外,羅揚亦活躍於流行音樂製作,為CY studio循環音樂工作室創辦人,身兼製作人、作曲家與編曲家,致力於弦樂與管弦樂編曲。近期代表作品包括:馬思唯《黑馬季節》世界巡演的《VSOP》、《爸爸是傳奇》弦樂編曲與監製;林俊傑《JJ20演唱會》及《GMA34》特別貢獻獎的管弦樂製譜;以及百萬網紅Jeff & Inthira的《說了怕尷尬》弦樂編曲等。


Lo Yang(2001- )

Lo Yang is a Taiwanese composer known for his diverse creative style and cross-disciplinary integration. His works span popular music, classical, Western, Chinese, and contemporary genres, often drawing inspiration from literature, theology, history, and humanities to explore profound musical expressions.

Lo Yang has collaborated with renowned conductors and ensembles both domestically and internationally, including maestros Shao-Chia Lü, Jun Märkl, the National Symphony Orchestra (NSO), Taipei National University of the Arts (TNUA) Mixed Choir, Taipei National University of the Arts Orchestra, Octangle Male Choir, and the CY String Quartet.

Recent notable works include: New Technology Overture – Fantasia Coding and The Carpathian Lynx, both premiered by the NSO in 2024; the interdisciplinary piece Through the Reeds, created for the 2023 New Taipei City Arts Festival "New Art Land" sound-and-light showcase; adaptations of Island's Sunrise and A Thousand Winds for the Octangle Choir in 2022; and Don't You Think She's Perfect for Watching Cats?, premiered by the Taipei National University of the Arts Mixed Choir in 2021.

Lo Yang's compositions have garnered significant recognition, including being selected for the NSO "One-Minute Symphony" project in both the 2023 and 2024 seasons, reaching the finals of the Hsinchu International Young Composers Competition, and receiving third place in the National Student Music Composition Competition. His works have also been featured in intercollegiate music exchanges at Taipei National University of the Arts, National Taiwan Normal University (NTNU), and Soochow University.

Academically, Lo Yang is currently pursuing a master's degree in music theory and composition at Taipei National University of the Arts under the mentorship of Professor Lily Chen. He previously completed his undergraduate studies at the same institution in the same field, studying under Professor Ming-Hsiu Yen.

In addition to his academic and classical pursuits, Luo is an active figure in popular music production. He is the founder of CY Studio, serving as a producer, composer, and arranger, specializing in string and orchestral arrangements. His recent projects include string arrangements and supervision for Ma Siwei's Black Horse Season world tour (VSOP and Legendary Dad), orchestral scoring for JJ Lin's JJ20 World Tour and the 34th Golden Melody Awards' Special Contribution Award, and string arrangements for the viral track Awkward Silence by Jeff & Inthira.
